Disbrow Sr. and Erma (Hansen) Disbrow, was born November 11, 1963 in Sioux Falls, SD. She grew up and attended elementary school in Sioux Falls. She graduated from Stanley County High School, Ft. Pierre, SD, in 1982. Brenda continued her education by attending Tomlinson College, Cleveland, TN, where she earned a degree in Early Childhood Development. She then lived and worked in Cleveland for a number of years. One of Brenda's many experiences in life was having Thanksgiving dinner with President Gerald and Betty Ford while serving as a nanny in New York. Brenda worked for the last 14 years at Citibank in Sioux Falls, but her passion was working with children. She helped build a school for young children in Haiti and sponsored a child. She shared her love of Jesus Christ through teaching Sunday School. Brenda truly loved her nieces and nephews. She also volunteered many hours at The Banquet and working with Angel Food Ministry. Brenda had such a giving heart. It was easier for her to give than receive by putting other's needs before her own. All those who knew Brenda left a footprint in her life. As we all know, Brenda would say, "I WIN!" Grateful for having shared her life are her mother, Erma Disbrow, Sioux Falls, SD; eight siblings, Shirley Bock and her husband, Rev. Delbert, Isabel, SD, Connie Disbrow, Cleveland, TN, William John Disbrow Jr. and his wife, Debra, Cleveland, TN, Shelia Dickens and her husband, Raymond, Sioux Falls, SD, Cassius Disbrow and his wife, Kathey, Sioux Falls, SD, Kurtis Disbrow and his wife, Anita, Salisbury, MD, Bruce Disbrow and his wife, Shelly, Sioux Falls, SD, Gloria Flatmoe and her husband, Brian, Meadow, SD; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; her dog, Milla; and a host of other relatives and friends. Brenda was preceded in death by her father, William J. Disbrow Sr., and a sister, LuBertha Lynn Disbrow
