Description : Bruce was the son of Robert Clark and his wife Mary Ann Fladrich. Bruce drowned while swimming in the Connecticut River on Memorial Day 1954. He was swimming with friends about 100 yards off shore at Ayers Point in Old Saybrook. He was a senior at the Old Saybrook High School at the time.
