Bruce was born June 8, 1955, the son of Willard and LaVera (Dettmer) Seegers in Waterloo, Iowa. He graduated from Denver High School and then attended college in Missouri. He was a kind, laid back, loyal husband, father, and friend. He is survived by his wife, Connie of Banks, Alabama, two daughters; Angela Pint of Shell Rock, Monica Schnurstein of Frederika, one son; Troy (Emily) Schnurstein of Janesville, four grandchildren; Taylor, Tanner, Shelby, and Kelsey, two brothers; Danny Seegers of Denver, Michael Seegers of Wisconsin, one sister; Paulette Daniels of Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, David Seegers.
