Bryan was 73 years of age having been born on February 20, 1936, in Brown Valley in Custer County, Nebraska near Callaway to Bryan, Sr. and Julia (Pitkin) Price. Bryan is survived by: wife, Linda Price of Kearney, Nebraska; son, Mitch Price and his wife, Kerry, of Wood River, Nebraska; daughters, Tammy Price-Fowlkes and her husband, Tim, of Kearney, Nebraska; Leha Bennett and her husband, Mark, of Blair, Nebraska and Jenifer Goldenstein of Hastings, Nebraska; sisters, Mary Lane of Lincoln, Nebraska and Annabelle Zoerb and her husband, Bill, of Callaway, Nebraska and a host of friends and relatives. Bryan graduated from Callaway (Nebraska) High School in 1953. He joined the U.S. Air Force and was stationed in Rantoul, Illinois, and was then transferred to Spokane, Washington. He worked as an airplane mechanic on B-52 bombers. On February 23, 1957, he married Linda Steele in Chappell, Nebraska. After his discharge from the service, he and his wife moved to Callaway, Nebraska where he farmed. They moved to Chappell, Nebraska and ran a plumbing and electrical business. They lived in Hildreth, Nebraska where he worked as a city manager. They lived in Fullerton, Nebraska and he worked at Lindsay Manufacturing as a technician for center pivots. During this time, he traveled overseas and to most of the lower 48 states. Bryan and Linda moved to Kearney, Nebraska in 2009. He was a member of Mount Calvary Lutheran Church in Fullerton, Nebraska and he attended Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Kearney, Nebraska. He enjoyed woodworking, rebuilding furniture, tinkering in the garage, reading and Bible study. He also enjoyed spending time with family and being a prankster. Bryan was welcomed into The Heavenly Home by: his parents, Bryan, Sr. and Julia Price and sister, Bonnie Schuman. Published in the Kearney Hub on 12/17/2009
