Description	:	Iowa Will Records, 1758-1997 I, Butler Throssel, of Sheffield, Franklin County, Iowa, being of sound and disposing mind and being seventy eight years of age do make publish and declare this to be my Last will and Testament hereby revoking all wills by me at any time heretofore made. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses and expenses of my last sickness be first paid and that I be laid to rest in the family lot in Old Chapin Cemetery, and that a suitable marker be placed thereon. All of the rest residue and remainder of my property, real, personal or mixed of which I may die seized or possessed or to which I may in any manner be entitled I will devise and bequeath as follows. First: To my daughter Bertha Bailey of Donalda, Canada, should she outlive me, the undivided seven fifteenths of my said estate but should she died before my demise then and in that case the share above which would go to her if living to go to her two children, being the youngest children Russel Bailey and Lawrence Bailer, share and share alike, but said share or interest not to be turned over to said persons named herein till they shall have attained the age of twenty one years. Second: To my son Fred Throssel of Thornton Iowa, should he outlive me I will devise and bequeath the undivided four fifteenths of my said estate, but should he die before my demise then and in that case the share which would have gone to him to his two children Bessie Throssel and Fred Throssel, share and share alike, but not to be turned over to either of said named beneficiaries till they shall have attained to the age of twenty one years. Third: To my grandson George Throssel Zimmerman I will devise and bequeath the undivided four fifteenths of my said estate, should he outlive me, but should he die before my demise then said share to go to my daughter Bertha Bailey and my son Fred throssel share and share alike, if living, but if either or both habve passed away before my demise then the share or interest of either to go as provided herein in clauses, First and Second hereof. I also direct that all claims against any of my children that may be held at my demise in the shape of notes or accounts due me be cancelled, and not considered a part of the within estate, but to be turned over to said beneficiaries, cancelled without payment. The interest which would go to said George Throssel Zimmerman, should he outlive me as stated in Third above shall not be turned over to him till he shall have attained the age of twenty one years.
