| Description | : | Byron was born in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. In 1869 he moved to Nottoway Courthouse with his parents. Son of Henry and Frances P. Spindler. He outlived all three of his wives. He married Ada B. Fowlkes 14 May 1884. He married Lenora L. Lipscomb 6 November 1889. Lenora died in August of 1892. He married Mary E. Middleton on 11 November 1896. Mary died July of 1921. He was the father of Andrew Middleton Spindler(1897), Henry Mastin Spindler(1891), Mabel Spindler Wingo(1890), Hugh Brown Spindler (1899)and Theo Epes Spindler(1901). |
