Survivors include his four sons, Donald Stephens and wife, Sandra of Hillard, FL, Kenneth Douglas Stephens and wife, Sandra of Keystone Heights, FL, Danny Stephens and wife, Cathy of Ellabell, GA, David Stephens and wife, Erica of Bagdad, FL.; three sisters, Bertha Holland of Grand Ridge, Erma "Tenkey" Cunningham and husband, John of Grand Ridge, Lenora Steadman and her husband, Norman of Ft. White, FL.; 13 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 2 pm Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at El Bethel Assembly of God Church with Rev. Jack Howell, Chaplain of Covenant Hospice of Marianna officiating. Interment will follow at Dykes Cemetery in Grand Ridge with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing.
