Description	:	Cecil Keith Ridgeway Cecil Keith Ridgeway, 20, the son of Cecil and Hazel Giberson Ridgeway, passed away at the Jefferson county hospital in Fairfield on Nov. 23rd after a short illness. He was born on a farm near Keosauqua on Nov. 18, 1933. He was graduated from the Birmingham high school in 1954. He has since been employed with the Van Buren county surveyors. Read More	Cecil Keith Ridgeway Cecil Keith Ridgeway, 20, the son of Cecil and Hazel Giberson Ridgeway, passed away at the Jefferson county hospital in Fairfield on Nov. 23rd after a short illness.
