Howard Marty, pastor of the First Evangelical United Brethren Church, in charge. Burial Was in Rose Hill Memorial Gardens with military honors handled by Harry E. Powers Post No. 87 of Liscomb. Honorary Bearers were LeRoy Meyer and Keith Gould. from Marshalltown IA newspaper Times Republican dated Thursday April 22 1965 --------------------------- Calvin Case, an employee in the machine shop for the past 15 years, died suddenly of a heart attack April 18. He came to Fisher in 1948 for a short time, then was rehired April 3, 1950 with an adjusted seniority date of August 8, 1949. He began work as a small turret lathe operator on the third shift. In the ensuing years he alternated between the turret lathe and automatic screw machines on the third shift, until he moved to the first shift after March 1 this year. He was a widely known bowler and had been active in the Fisher leagues since joining the company. Services were held at the chapel of Estel-Perrin Funeral Home April 21, with burial in Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. Representatives of Fisher and many employees attended. Bearers included: Carl Hays, Don Eberline, George Wulke, Peter Beurskens, Richard Henderson and Richard Biesnecker.
