Amos & Eunice Pearl Amos ===== From the Franklin Township Historical Society Scrapbook Collection: DECEMBER 10, 1934 - MRS CANNIE AMOS PASSED AWAY SUNDAY - WIFE OF CHARLES AMOS, OF MORAL TOWNSHIP, DIED AT DAUGHTER'S HOME - Mrs Cannie M Amos, wife of Charles Amos, of Moral Township, four miles south of New Palestine died Sunday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs Alan Galyean, 1432 Burdsal Parkway, in Indianapolis. Mrs Amos had been in ill health over a period of two months suffering from a complication of diseases and for the past several days, her condition had been critical. Funeral services are to be held at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon from the Carrollton M P church, of which Mrs Amos was a member. The body will lie in state at the church from 1 o'clock until the hour of the service and burial will be at the New Palestine Cemetery, with Max Herrlich and Son, funeral directors, in charge. Friends may call at the daughter's home in Indianapolis until 11:30 o'clock Tuesday morning. Mrs Amos leaves her husband, the daughter, a son, Homer Amos, of Moral Township; a sister, Mrs Cinda Gunn, of Richmond and two brothers, George and Hayden Noe.
