Read More	Ellensburg Daily Record Friday – 10 May 1946 Front Page – Column 5 FORMER RESIDENT DIES IN SEATTLE Carl D. Coleman, 49, a former Ellensburg resident who served as an aviator in the Army during the First World War, died yesterday morning in the Swedish hospital in Seattle. In failing health for the past six years, Coleman had been taken to the hospital two weeks ago. He had resided in Seattle for the past six years where he had been employed as a truck driver by the Western Cartage company of that city. His parents, the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles B. Coleman, were Kittitas valley pioneers. Coleman is survived by his wife, Mae, and two daughters, Maxine and Delores Coleman, and a brother, Guy, the latter of this city. Funeral services will be held here at the Honeycutt chapel on Monday at 2 p.m., followed by interment in the I.O.O.F. cemetery. The Rev. Wm Martin will officiate, and the American Legion, which will provide an honorary escort, will be in charge of the graveside ceremonies. -END- WWII Draft Reg.
