Description	:	Carol A. Weirauch, 88, of Napoleon, Ohio died peacefully on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at her residence. She was born on September 30, 1928 in Flatrock Township, Ohio to the late Carl and Ruth (Stevens) Orthwein. On November 14, 1948 she married Roland "Rollie" Weirauch and he preceded her in death on July 6, 2016. Carol was a homemaker most of her life but she did work as a sales clerk at Honeck Cleaners and the Sears department store. Weirauch, 88, of Napoleon, Ohio died peacefully on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at her residence. She was born on September 30, 1928 in Flatrock Township, Ohio to the late Carl and Ruth (Stevens) Orthwein. On November 14, 1948 she married Roland "Rollie" Weirauch and he preceded her in death on July 6, 2016. Carol was a homemaker most of her life but she did work as a sales clerk at Honeck Cleaners and the Sears department store. She was an faithful member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Napoleon where she was active in Stephen Ministries, church choir, bell choir and many other organizations in the church. She was a former member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Flatrock Twp., where she played organ for several years. She was also a member to the Napoleon American Legion Post #300 Women's Auxiliary. She is survived by her 3 sons, Kenneth Weirauch of Elsworth, Maine, Keith (Peggy) Weirauch of Union, Kentucky, and Rodney (Pamela) Weirauch of Kettering, Ohio; grandchildren, Timothy (Jessica) Weirauch, Steven Weirauch, and Marissa (Josh) Chappel and great grandson, Zander Joshua Chappel. She was preceded in death by sister, Virginia Delventhal, stepsister, Geraldine Muntz, and stepbrothers, Richard Becker, and Bernard Becker. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Napoleon, Ohio. Interment will follow at Riverview Memory Gardens, Defiance, Ohio. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 17th from 2-8 p.m. at Rodenberger Funeral Home, Napoleon and 9:30-10:30 a.m. at church on Tuesday. Memorial donations are suggested to St. Paul Lutheran Church, Napoleon or Hospice of Henry County. Online condolences may be made at www.rodenbergerfuneralhome.com.
