Description	:	Carol Weyh, 87, of Webster formerly of Waubay, died Sat., May 5 at Sanford USD Medical Center, Sioux Falls. Carol was born January 31, 1931 to Raymond and Laura (Wenger) Burns. She graduated from Waubay High School in 1949. She married Frank W Weyh April 24, 1951. Frank died, April 22, 2000. Carol was a resident of the Bethesda Nursing Home at the time of her death. Read More	Carol Weyh, 87, of Webster formerly of Waubay, died Sat., May 5 at Sanford USD Medical Center, Sioux Falls. Carol was born January 31, 1931 to Raymond and Laura (Wenger) Burns. She graduated from Waubay High School in 1949. She married Frank W Weyh April 24, 1951. Frank died, April 22, 2000. Carol was a resident of the Bethesda Nursing Home at the time of her death. Carol worked as a nursing assistant at Webster Hospital until she began to work for the US Post Office in Waubay as a clerk. In 1984 she became Post Master of the Grenville, SD post office until she retired in 2002. Carol enjoyed playing Bingo, garage sales, playing cards, traveling with her sisters Donna and Kathi and being with her children and grand children. Carol was an outgoing person and made time for everyone she knew. Carol was a member of the Waubay Immaculate Conception Church and the NARFE ( National Active and Retired Federal Employee Association). Carol is survived by her five children Denny Weyh, Waubay, Deb Lauen (Tom Orth) Forman, ND, Dede and Al Jerde, Waubay, SD, Dawn Miller, Watertown, SD and Darci (Garret) Premus of Webster, SD, 11 grand children and 5 great grand children with a great grandson arriving in September, 2 brothers Dick and David and one sister Kathi, 4 sister in-laws Mona, Dorothy, Sylvia and Patty and one brother in law James Carol was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 3 sisters, Delores, Liz and Donna, one brother Jerry and a sister in law Blanche. The family of Carol Weyh gratefully acknowledge your attendance and many expressions of sympathy during their time of loss.
