Mrs. Bone was born November 24, 1946, in Mullins, SC, a daughter of Pittman Mack Lane and the late Frances Elizabeth Capps Lane. She grew up in Andrews and graduated from Howard High School. Mrs. Bone was a member of Sampit United Methodist Church. She loved flowers, going fishing, traveling, and attending all of her grandchildren's activities. She was best known as the "Softball Granny". She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was survived by her husband of Andrews; her father of Georgetown; a son, Roy (Betty) Bone; two daughters, Monica (Adman III) West, and Shannon Bone, both of Andrews; a brother, Donnie Lane of Georgetown; a sister, Joyce (Charlie) Graham of Andrews; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Mrs. Bone was predeceased by her mother; a stillborn daughter, Monica Carol Bone; a brother, John Lane; and a sister, Shirley Polson. Funeral services were Thursday, June 23, 2016, in Sampit United Methodist Church. The Rev. John Williams, Jr., officiated. Burial, directed by Mayer Funeral Home, followed in Sampit United Methodist Cemetery. --- Grandson: Zane Ryan Howard
