Description	:	Former area resident Carol R (Goelz) Petersen, 58, of Omaha died Monday Nov 24, 2003 at her parents home in Holstein. Services are 11 a.m. Friday at St Paul Lutheran Church in Holstein with the Rev Harold King officiating. Burial will be in St Paul Lutheran Cemetery at Holstein. Visitation is 9 am to 9 pm Wednesday and 5-9pm Thursday at Jackson-Wilson Funeral Home in Kenesaw and one hour prior to services Friday at the church. Mrs Petersen was born Feb 2, 1945, to Clarence and Eunice (Einspahr) Goelz in Hastings and attended school in Fremont. She married Larry P Petersen on Sep 22, 1995 in Omaha. She lived in the Council Bluffs, Iowa and Omaha area for 35 years, where she was a transportation driver for McAuley Bergan Center Adult Day-Care for 25 years. Her husband died Sept 13, 1998. Due to illness she returned to Holstein. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Omaha. Survivors are one daughter, Debra Carroll of Coca, Fla; two sons, Mic Stolp of Sugarland, Texas and Troy Stolp of Omaha; her parents of Holstein; two sisters, Barbara Tracy of Hermanton, Ore., and Donna Eckhardt of Alliance; two brothers, Gary of Kearney and Roger of Holstein; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She also was preceded in death by one brother. Memorials may be given to McAuley Bergan Center, 3552 Farnam Omaha NE 68164
