Lena M. Bryant married to Noah Brewer, Dec. 6, 1909. --------------- Obituary From Ottumwa Courier, May 3, 1965: Mrs. Carolina L. Brewer, 78, a resident of Ideal Rest Home, died Sunday at St. Joseph Hospital after a long illness. The daughter of Lewis and Katherine Root Hohl, she was born in Schuyler County, Mo., on April 12, 1887, and had been a resident of Ottumwa 70 years. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Leona Collins of Ottumwa; seven grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, a son, a grandson, three brothers and a sister. The service will be Tuesday at 3 p.m. at the Johnson Funeral Chapel with the Rev. David Ash, pastor of the Willard Street Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Shaul Cemetry.
