Description	:	She was the third child of Robert and Nancy Andrews. Died at Mercy Hospital in Oelwein at age 66. When Caroline was five, her parents died and she moved in with her grandparents. Her uncle, Reverend J. S. Crousaz, a Presbyterian minister, adopted her, and they moved to Pella, Iowa. As a member of a minister's family, she lived in several communities where her uncle held pastorates. She married Ernest Morse February 13, 1898 at Mount Hope Presbyterian Church in Allamakee County. Caroline was known for her sweet disposition, her capacity for hard work and her great patience through years of pain. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church at Pella from age 10. Survivors include her husband, one daughter, Marjorie Virginia (Mrs. John Carvey) of Davenport; a grandson, Robert Carvey of Davenport; one sister, Mrs. J. C. Probert of West Union; and one brother, B. C. Andrews of New York. One son, Paul Leroy, preceded her in death.
