AFter college she moved to Boston, where she worked as a medical secretary for Dr. Franz J. Ingelfinger, for many years. Her part-time job with Brigham's, Inc. led to a career as a product merchandiser with the company. Later Carrie moved to Skowhegan, ME and worked at Redington-Fairview Hospital. She was the director of the Rutland Area chapter of the Alzheimer's Disease Association of America, moderating support group meetings and working as a peer counselor. Predeceased by her parents.
