In 1879 and 1880 while teaching school in Wisner Nebra., she became acquainted with J.C. Kringel, to whom she was united in marriage Sept. 12, 1881. In 1883 she was converted and with her husband joined the M. E. church at Wisner, under the labors of Rev. Millard. She, with her husband, came to Walnut in May, 1886, whe she has resided until her name was transferred from the church on earth to the church in Heaven.... In 1883 she was converted and with her husband joined the M. E. church at Wisner, under the labors of Rev. Millard. She, with her husband, came to Walnut in May, 1886, whe she has resided until her name was transferred from the church on earth to the church in Heaven. She was punctual in the attendance of the services of the sanctuary and the social means of grace. She was a thorough student, having read the four years course and was a member of the Chaatanqua Literary and Scientific Circle, a lady of refinement and culture, of broad views, of clear and positive convictions, alive to all the great questions of the day and well informed. Truly she was a representative Christian-"An Israelite in deed and in truth." Her Christian life was one of sunshine. In her death, the church has lost one of its most faithful members. The deceased was an affectionate mother, a faithful wife and a devout Christian. She will be missed by her husband and children, the church and the community at large. "How blessed the righteous when they die." She leaves a husband, three little girls and an infant son to mourn her loss. May the God of the fatherless and the widow be their God.
