LINK'S FUNERAL HELD THIS MORNING The funeral of Mrs. Stephen Link was held at the St. Francis Xavier Catholic church in Burlington this morning with Requiem High Mass in charge of Rev. Father Pottsgiesser, the pastor. There was a good attendance at the service, and some beautiful floral offerings. Interment was in the Catholic cemetery west of Burlington. Father Pottsgiesser, the pastor. There was a good attendance at the service, and some beautiful floral offerings. Interment was in the Catholic cemetery west of Burlington. Catherine Burkhart was born in Switzerland, August 10, 1839. She came to the United States in 1854 and was married November 3, 1872 to Stephen Link at Lode, Ill. In 1880 the family moved to Iowa and in 1895 came to Burlington, Kans., which since has been their home. Mr. and Mrs. Link were the parents of four children, Mrs. J. J. Myers of Burlington, and Joe Link, Ed Link and Thomas Arnold Link, all of Hartford, Kans. Mrs. Link has been in poor health for five years, but was critically ill and in bed only a little more than a week. Death was the result of general disability due to her age, which was 83 years, 5 months and 11 days. She is survived by her husband, Stephen Link, and the four children, besides grand children and many friends who sincerely mourn her loss, altho they realize that she had lived her alloted time.
