Description	:	Catherine Frederick was born in Columbiana county, Ohio, Oct 8, 1809, and died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Sarah Perkins, in Springfield, LaGrange county, Ind., Jan 11, 1901, aged 91 years, 3 months and 2 days. In the year 1826 she was married to Joseph Landers, and eight children were born to them, three sons and five daughters, six of whom live to mourn the loss of a good mother. Read More	Catherine Frederick was born in Columbiana county, Ohio, Oct 8, 1809, and died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Sarah Perkins, in Springfield, LaGrange county, Ind., Jan 11, 1901, aged 91 years, 3 months and 2 days. In the year 1826 she was married to Joseph Landers, and eight children were born to them, three sons and five daughters, six of whom live to mourn the loss of a good mother. She and her husband lived happily until his death in 1847. After her husband died she moved to Salem Center, where she lived on a farm. In 1852 she was married to John Miller, who died in 1867. She remained on her farm for twenty years after the death of Mr. Miller. She then sold her farm and lived three years with her daughter, Mrs. Caris, and since that time she has lived with another daughter, Mrs. Perkins, at Brushy Prairie. She was a member of the M. E. church since her girlhood and was a kind and loving mother. She had a large circle of friends, and many will be the sighs when they hear of their aged friend's death and remember her kind words, deeds and cheerful ways.
