Macinerney will officiate. Burial will be in the Catholic cemetery. "Mrs. Feld died following a 3 year illness. She spent most of her life in Chanute and vicinity, moving to Iola about 20 years ago. "Born in Clinton County, Illinois on Aug. 15, 1862, she came to Kansas at the age of 18 and was married to Henry Feld on Nov. 27, 1882, at St. Patrick's church. Mr Feld died Dec. 17, 1933. Three daughters also preceded her in death. "Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Rose Griffin, Santa Clara, Calif., and Mrs. Frances Slack of Iola; a son, Henry Feld, Chanute; a sister, Mrs. Lizzie Fehr, Chanute; three brothers, Louis Rensing, Fort Scott, Henry Rensing, Las Vega, N.M., and Joe Rensing, Chanute; three half-sisters, Mrs. Anna Treloggen, Fresno, Calif., and two half-brothers, William Rensing and Julius Rensing, Chanute. Sixteen Grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren also survive. She has three grandsons and great grandson in the armed forces." THE CHANUTE TRIBUNE, Chanute, Kansas, 23 Oct 1944
