Description	:	Catherine was the daughter of Moses Mishler and Julia Ann Domer and was born in Ohio about 1842. The family was still in Ohio in 1850 - but in Bremer County, Iowa by 1852. Catherine married Essex Farris on December 2, 1855. They were married by Jeremiah Farris, County Judge and father of Essex. Catherine died within a few years, since Essex remarried in 1859 to her sister Francis (Fanny). Catherine and Francis were both sisters of John Mishler, Washington Mishler and Susanna Mishler Tippey who are also buried in the Messinger Cemetery. There are... Catherine married Essex Farris on December 2, 1855. They were married by Jeremiah Farris, County Judge and father of Essex. Catherine died within a few years, since Essex remarried in 1859 to her sister Francis (Fanny). Catherine and Francis were both sisters of John Mishler, Washington Mishler and Susanna Mishler Tippey who are also buried in the Messinger Cemetery. There are no grave markers for any of these. A brother, Moses Mishler, is buried at Horton and a brother, Jonis Mishler, is buried at Waverly.
