Description	:	Catherine was the widow of Clifford Campbell Brann and wife of Raymond L. Bromley. She was the daughter of Harvey B. Cooke and Dollie Jenkins Cooke. Catherine Cooke Brann Bromley, 78, of Lottsburg, entered her heavenly home Thursday, July 17, 2003, to be with God forever. Mrs. Bromley was preceded in death by her husbands, Clifford C. Brann and wife Sandra of Virginia Beach; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Kathrine A. Smith of Mechanicsville, Va.; Bonnie R, and Doody Myers of Mechanicsville, Va.; Carolyn and David Rainer of Jamaica, Va,; two very special children Tanya and husband Brian Crabbe of Callao, Va.; Danny Wilkins of Tappahannock, Va.; three sisters, Arrybella Swann of Montross, Va., Elsie Wilkins and husband Floyd of Callao, Va., Dolly Brann of Callao, Va.; Nine grandchildren, Eddie Brann, Donnie Smith, Candi Seigel, Terri Sellers, Lisa Martin, Matt Smith, Todd Brann, Kim Stargell and Annie Rainer; Ten great-grandchildren, Amber Smith, Andrew Sellers, Madison Sellers, Lexi Stargel, McKenzie Stargell, Casey Brann, Ashley Brann, Brandi Phillips, J.P. Seogel, Katherine Martin, and a host of other relatives. Also surviving are two special K-9 friends, Zena and Zack. Mrs. Bromley was a true testament of faith, love and all God's work. She lived it every day of her life and was a blessing to everyone that knew her. She will be greatly missed by all. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, July 20, 2003 at 2 p.m. from Jones-Ash Chapel with Rev. Jean Spencer and Rev. Curtis Hawks officiating. Interment will follow in the Gibeon Baptist Church cemetery. Friends may call Saturday, from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Mandy Myers Nursing Scholarship, c/o Lee Davis High School, 7052 Mechanicsville Turnpike, Mechanicsville, Va. 23111.
