Ottley, 93, Hoxie, died Tuesday, July 21, 2015, in Quinter. She was born Aug. 24, 1921, in Sheridan County to Joseph and Elizabeth (Munsch) Untereiner. She married Clifford Quakenbush on Dec. 20, 1942. He preceded her in death June 21, 1953. She later married Obie Martin on May 5, 1957. She later married Arnold Ottley on July 18, 1964. He preceded her in death Oct. 12, 1989. She was a homemaker. Survivors include three sons, David Quakenbush, Gorham, Donald Quakenbush, Sequin and Melvin Quakenbush, Ronan, Mont.; two daughters, Linda Bowen, Goodland, and Esther Armknecht, Bogue; a sister, Frances Quakenbush, Hoxie; 19 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a grandchild and three great-grandchildren. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, Hoxie; private family service will be at a later date in Hoxie City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Mickey-Leopold Funeral Home, Hoxie. A vigil/rosary will be at 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
