Description	:	Cecil L. Denney, 66, of Le Mars died unexpectedly on Friday, Sept.10, 1993, at Floyd Valley Hospital in Le Mars. He suffered an apparent heart attack at his home. Mr. Denney was born on Sept. 24, 1926, at Blencoe, the son of Pearl and Lavida (Armstrong) Denney He grew up near Blencoe and attended school there. He suffered an apparent heart attack at his home. Mr. Denney was born on Sept. 24, 1926, at Blencoe, the son of Pearl and Lavida (Armstrong) Denney He grew up near Blencoe and attended school there. Following high school graduation, he entered the US. Navy and served during World War II. After the war, he was employed by Boeing Aircraft at Seattle, Wash. He moved to Le Mars in 1958 and was employed as a mechanic at Pew's, Inc, in Le Mars. He married Patricia Junker on June 15, 1963. In 1964, the couple moved to Harbor City, Calif. In 1974, they moved back to Le Mars and Mr. Denney returned to work at Pew's. He was a member and past post commander of the American Legion, Heeren, McHale, Wilken Post 724 at Brunsville. Survivors include his wife of Le Mars; a son, Dennis Denney Sr. of Sioux City; four daughters, Susan Plueger and her husband, James, of Le Mars, Christy Weed and her husband, Martin, of Le Mars, Laura Rohmiller of Merrill and Julie Schoenherr and her husband, Russell, of Merrill; 12 grandchildren, Valeria and Dennis Denney Jr., Chad and Erin Piueger, Shawn, Travis and Shannon Weed, Kelli, Katie and Kimberli Rohmiller, and Adam and Amanda Schoenherr; a sister, Mrs. Eva Kemp of Sioux City; a brother, Bob Denney, of Oregon, and many nieces and nephews. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Feuerstein Funeral Home in Le Mars. Rev. Jack E. Hebard will officiate. Burial will be in Le Mars Calvary Cemetery. Military rites will be conducted at the gravesite by the Brunsville American Legion. Friends may call after 4 p.m. today (Monday) at the funeral home and from 8 a.m. until service time on Tuesday
