She attended North Platte Public School through the 9th grade. Charlene is the mother of Ann Gorham, Scott Bedlan, and JoAnn Pummill. She was married to Howard Davidson and Carl Davidson was born to them. Charlene lived in Kirksville, Missouri, prior to moving back to Nebraska. She lived in North Platte where she enjoyed camping, fishing and spending time with her two grandchildren, Brooke and Bishop. Charlene moved to Lynch, NE, in 2016. She was a social person who formed many lasting friendships. Charlene died December 17, 2019, at Niobrara Valley Hospital in Lynch at the age of 68. Survivors include children, Ann Gorham of Omaha, NE, Scott (Claudia) Bedlan of Hastings, NE, Joann (Ronald) Pummill of Fresno, CA, and Carl (Cindy Harris) Davidson of Jim Thorpe, PA; grandchildren, Brooke and Bishop Davidson, Derek Bedlan, and Nicholas, Dylan and Brandon Pummill; siblings, Wonda Chessmore of Callaway, NE, Carl (Bonnie) Raastad of Lincoln, NE, and Elida (Kenny) Svatos of Lynch, NE. She was preceded in death by parents, Carl B. Raastad and Dorthy (Guy)(Posten) Chambers; brother, Donald Raastad; and sister, JoAnn Herron. (brockhausfuneralhome.com/obituary)
