Read More	Charles Bechtold Bowman Born: October 6, 1918 Died: July 15, 2010 Location: Aberdeen, Maryland of Aberdeen died July 15 at his home. He was 91. Born in Churchville he was the son of the late Lonnie G. and Agnes (Bechtold) Bowman. marriage record Bowman Lonnie G. Bechtold Anna A. Monday, March 24, 1913 Mr. Bowman was an appliance repairman for over 40 years for the former Charles L. Lutz in BelAir. He was also a Navy veteran of WWII. He enjoyed crabbing and hunting. Mr. Bowman is survived by his sons, Lonnie F. and wife Shirley Gompers Bowman of Havre de Grace, C. Fletcher and wife Sandy Dever Bowman of Darlington, and Lawrence A. and wife Liz Katchmar Bowman of Aberdeen; five grandchildren, Mary, Brittney, Sarah, Melanie, and Kyle Reese Bowman; a great grandson, Wyatt Fletcher Bowman; and his sisters, Ruth Hopkins of Darlington and Helen McCann of Fallston. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his wife of 62 years, Mary Sue Spry Bowman, who died in March of 2010. A visitation will be held on Sunday, July 18th from 5-8pm at the Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home where funeral services conducted by Rev. Jim Testerman will be held on Monday, July 19th at 10:00am. Interment with Navy honors will be at Harford Memorial Gardens. Contributions may be made to the charity of ones choice.
