Read More	November 6, 1928 - August 10, 2014 Charles Dana Hollingsworth Grave side services for Mr. Charles Dana Hollingsworth, 85, of Glenmora, La, will be at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 in Glenmora Cemetery under the direction of Rush Funeral Home. Mr. Hollingsworth graduated from Oklahoma University with a BS in Petroleum Engineering in 1950 and went to work for Texas Pacific Coal & Oil Co. He was transferred to Glenmora, La where he met his wife. He later moved to Natchez, Ms with his family and went to work for Hughes & New Oil Co. In the early 70’s he and his partners started Triangle Oil Producers. He retired in 1989. Mr. Hollingsworth was a member of AIME (American Institute of Mining and Metallurgical Engineers), a member of PET at OU (honorary Petroleum Engineering Society), past President of Natchez Historical Society, past board member of Historic Natchez Foundation, member of Jefferson Street United Methodist Church in Natchez and recently of Glenmora United Methodist Church, member of the Masonic Lodge for fifty years as well as the Mississippi Shriner’s Club. Charles was preceded in death by his beloved wife of fifty seven years Lillian Seal Hollingsworth and his parents Charles Dalton and Margaret Bryan Hollingsworth. Those left to mourn his loss and cherish his memory include his two daughters: Terry Hollingsworth of Glenmora, La, LilAnn Pace and her husband Dave of Brookhaven, Ms; one son, Guy Hollingsworth and his wife Susan of Houston, Tx; four grandsons: Cole Brown of Natchez, Ms, Chase Brown and his wife Hope of Tyler, Tx, Alexander Hollingsworth and his wife Brandi of Houston, Tx, Stephen Hollingsworth and his wife Alison of Houston, Tx and two nieces Connie Seal and Susan Otte. Friends may call at Glenmora First United Methodist Church on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. until departure for the grave side service at 12:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Glenmora United Methodist Church; The Glenmora Cemetery Association or Trinity Episcopal School in Natchez, Ms. Friends may post online messages of condolence for the Hollingsworth family by visiting www.rushfh.com
