Description	:	Charles E. Cram (12/8/1872 - 10/3/1970) was bom west of Herman in Washington County. His education was at New England, Alder Grove and Herman. He married Mary E. Sisson (12/14/1879 - 3/21/1968) on May 4, 1898. She was from Arizona, east of Tekamah and they lived there for a few years. They then purchased a farm northwest of Craig and farmed this land from c. a. 1903 until 1911. The family then moved to Craig and they resided in Craig for nearly 60 years. The family then moved to Craig and they resided in Craig for nearly 60 years. Charlie was on the County Board for two years and was named postmaster of Craig on Dec. 16, 1925. He served in this position untU May 17, 1934. During most of the years that he was postmaster, his son Victor S. was a rural mail carrier on Route 2. In 1933 Victor moved to Oakdale, continuing as a rural mail carrier. Eventually he retired and lived in Grand Island. Charles and Mary's sons: 1. Victor S. Craig H. S. 1917, married Irma Healea on March 10, 1920. Served as a rural mail carrier in Craig, Oakdale and Tilden. 2. Leslie E Craig H. S. 1920 married 1st Ruth Jacks (9/14/1898 - 11/23/1939) on May 27, 1925 and 2nd Gladys Friis on June 6, 1948, Living in McAllen, Texas in 1970. Leslie and Ruth had 1 son and 2 daughters. 3. Sterling Craig H. S. 1923 living in Villa Park, 111. in 1970. 4. Neal F. Craig H. S. 1927 Living in Los Angeles, Calif in 1970 5. Clyde E. (5/22/1919 -12/7/2002) Craig H S. 1937 married 1st Ethel Miller 12/28/1981) on March 2, 1940 2™ Louise Addams Jutte (7/3/1921 -) on July 14, 1983.
