Description	:	Charles son of Karl and Clementine Reiman was born in Switzerland June 16, 1866, and departed his life on March 26, 1952 near Cowles, Nebraska at the age of 85 years 9 months and 10 days. Mr. Reiman accompanied his parents and family to the United States and settled in St. Stephens community where he spent his life on the farm until a few years ago when he retired and spent his declining years visiting the homes of his children, staying a month or two with each family. Read More	Charles son of Karl and Clementine Reiman was born in Switzerland June 16, 1866, and departed his life on March 26, 1952 near Cowles, Nebraska at the age of 85 years 9 months and 10 days. Mr. Reiman accompanied his parents and family to the United States and settled in St. Stephens community where he spent his life on the farm until a few years ago when he retired and spent his declining years visiting the homes of his children, staying a month or two with each family. He was married June 30, 1891 to Katherine (sic) Bolte at Saint Stephens Church by Rev Gordon Stutz. To this union 14 children were born, two died in infancy. A son Ben died in 1930 when about 19 years of age. Mrs. Reiman passed away in 1932. The deceased is survived by 11 children, Mrs. Marie Reining, Charles, Dick and Bill Reining of Benkelman, Mrs Angela Linenberg of Victoria Kansas. Mrs Dorothy Stern and Mrs Elizabeth Lemke of Cowles, Mrs Leona Gestring of Hastings, Joe and Henry, Mrs Caroline Danehy of Lawrence, all were present at the final rites. He also leaves 47 grandchildren, three of whom are in the armed forces and 25 great grandchildren. He had four brothers and one sister who preceded him in death. Lawrence Locomotive, April 1952
