Description	:	C. Vincent Fairley, age 87, of Leesburg, Ohio, died Friday September 5, 2003 at the Christ Hospital in Cincinnati. He was born December 6, 1915 in Leesburg, Ohio, the only child of the late Charles Ernest and Winnifred Ora (Leaverton) Fairley. Mr. Fairley was a prominent lifelong farmer in this area where he specialized in raising sheep. He and his wife, Delma, traveled the world extensively and loved to share their experiences with family and friends. He was born December 6, 1915 in Leesburg, Ohio, the only child of the late Charles Ernest and Winnifred Ora (Leaverton) Fairley. Mr. Fairley was a prominent lifelong farmer in this area where he specialized in raising sheep. He and his wife, Delma, traveled the world extensively and loved to share their experiences with family and friends. Mr. Fairley was a 1934 graduate of Leesburg High School and had been the schools first FFA President. He was a faithful lifelong member of the Leesburg Friends Church where he was active in the Golden Rule Sunday School Class; he had also held the clerk position with Leesburg Friends Church, Fairfield Quarterly Meeting and the Wilmington Yearly Meeting of the Religious Society of Friends. Mr. Fairley had held leadership positions with the Highland County Farm Bureau and Landmark organizations. He is survived by his wife, Delma (Dwyer) Fairley whom he had married on June 14, 1941 in the Greenfield United Methodist Church. [...] In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one granddaughter. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Leesburg Friends Church. Pastor John Fitzgerald and Pastor Mike Daye will officiate. Burial will follow in the Hillsboro Cemetery.
