Description	:	UNION, SC Mrs. Charlie Mae Knox Kelly, 86, widow of the late J.E. Kelly, Jr. of 156 Woodwinds Trail, died Sunday, May 9, 2010. Mrs. Kelly was born in Union, SC, on February 20, 1924, a daughter of the late Charley Knox and Ada Hodge Knox. She was an active member of Bethlehem Methodist Church and attended the Senior Citizens Center at Lockhart. Mrs. Kelly was a graduate of Kelly Pinckney High School and volunteer at Wallace Thomson Hospital. Mrs. Kelly was born in Union, SC, on February 20, 1924, a daughter of the late Charley Knox and Ada Hodge Knox. She was an active member of Bethlehem Methodist Church and attended the Senior Citizens Center at Lockhart. Mrs. Kelly was a graduate of Kelly Pinckney High School and volunteer at Wallace Thomson Hospital. Survivors are three daughters, Peggy Osment and husband James, Mary Mullinax and husband Jimmy, all of Gaffney, and Shirley Ford and husband Bob of Boiling Springs; one son, Eddie Kelly and wife Betty of Union; one brother, Rev. Sam Knox of Kentucky; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, May 12, 2010 at Bethlehem United Methodist Church conducted by Rev. Christopher Greene and Rev. Sam Knox. Burial will be in the Church Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Danny Catoe, Ray Upchurch, Lee Sanders, Dean Upchurch, Robby Ford, and Tony Pettit. Honorary pallbearers will be the A.G. Carter Sunday School Class.
