She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church. Charlotte was very active in the Senior Citizens Center and held the office of vice president. Read More	Charlotte Bell Jul 4, 2003 PARK CITY - Charlotte Bell, 71, of Park City, passed away Wednesday morning, July 2, 2003, in her home. Charlotte was born April 7, 1932, in Park City. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church. Charlotte was very active in the Senior Citizens Center and held the office of vice president. On June 15, 1963, Charlotte married William Bell in Park City. They spent most of their life farming at Park City. They retired in 1984 and she continued to care for her garden, flowers and lawn. Charlotte enjoyed her outings with her friends, Marge and Verla. She loved her family and enjoyed being around them as often as she could. Friends and family remember her as a very caring and giving person. Charlotte is preceded in death by her husband, Bill; three brothers, Carl, Sol, Herman; three sisters, Emily, Martha, Lucille; and one grandson, Tyler Ostwald. She is survived by two sisters, Rachel Dove of Billings and Fay Gabel of Riverton, Wyo.; along with five children, Bonnie (Dennis) Harper of Park City, Sandy (John) Raiha of Butte, Ben (Sharlene) Hilderman of Fort Pierre, S.D., Laurie (Mark) Ostwald of Elk River, Minn., James W. Bell of Phoenix. Charlotte had eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. "We will miss you, mom, but know that you are in a better place. You will be in our hearts forever." Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, July 10, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Park City, with interment at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Billings. No visitation. Smith Funeral Chapel-Laurel is in charge of arrangements.
