Description	:	CHARLOTTE ROSAMOND HARRINGTON NASH, third child of Ziba and Charlotte (Bascom) Harrington, was born at Greene May 30, 1831. Her education included terms at Austinburg, Hiram and Oberlin. When about twenty years of age she moved with her parents to Troy, in Geauga County. For ten years, including the Civil War period, she taught school, mostly in southern Ohio. She was married, on January 29, 1870, to Edwin C. Nash, a native of Troy who had gone to Kansas a year before. The marriage took place at Topeka, and they went immediately to a farm near Douglass in that state.... In l87U the family returned to the Nash farm in Troy, 0. and remained there for seven years; then back to Douglass to stay until 1900. The final years of their lives were spent at the ancestral Nash home in Troy, except that Charlotte lived for a brief period in East Cleveland. She died August 15, 1909, having survived her husband by almost four years; and is buried beside him in the Troy cemetery.
