DUNNICK Mrs. Roy Dunnick, who had been in ill health for the past few weeks, passed away Thursday afternoon at St. John's Hospital at the age of 69 years. Clara A. Muhs was born April 2, 1901, at Winside, Nebr., the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Muhs and came to Hand County as a young girl with her parents. She had lived in the Wolsey-Virgil communities since 1940. She married Roy Dunnick Sept. 25, 1940. She was a member of the Virgil Methodist Church, WSCS, Rebekah Lodge, Neighborly Get-Together Club and the Virgil Homemakers Extension Club. Mrs. Dunniuck is survived by her husband, Roy, Virgil; two sons, LeRoy Gronholz, Richmond, Va.; Sam Sprague, Vermillion; one daughter, Mrs. Ed (Margaret) Troll, Canoga Park, Calif.; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; four step-grandchildren; two brothers, Henry Muhs, Wolsey, and Emil Muhs, Livermore, Calif. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Herman; and a step-son, Billy Dunnick. Funeral services were held on Saturday morning at 11 o'clock in the United Methodist Church, Virgil, with Rev. Robert P. Nielsen and Newton C. Staley, Huron, officiating. Burial was made in the family lot in the Wolsey Cemetery with graveside rites by the Rebekahs. Arrangements were in charge of Welter Funeral Home, Huron. Pallbearers were Orville Clouser, Wm. Clouser, Gilbert Krutzfeldt, Charles Swartz, Donald Reilly and Raynold Ortbahn. Relatives and friends from a distance attending funeral services for Mrs. Dunnick were Mr. and Mrs. Sam Sprague and girls of Vermillion; LeRoy Grenholz, Richmond, Va.; Dr. Emil Muhs, Livermore, Calif.; Mr. and Mrs. John Schroeder and Sylvia Bullock, Redfield; Verne Wessels, St. Joseph, Mo.; Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Rawstern, Eldon Rawstern, Mrs. Anna Jacobs and Rena Swartz, all of Miller; Mrs. and Mrs. Neil Pierce, Palo Verde, Calif.; Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Clark, Aberdeen; Lloyd Wullweber and Jan, Pierre; Mr. and Mrs. Marcus Anderson, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Holmes, Vermillion; Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Muhs, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Muhs, Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Muhs, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Strand, Mr. and Mrs. Emil Strand, Mt.
