Description	:	Mrs. Clara Carmen Dies Friday Dec. 21 Mrs. Clara Carmen, a longtime resident of Wapello and Monroe counties died at the home of her son R.E. Carmen near Chillicothe Friday afternoon. She was the daughter of Alexander and Cornelia Sackett and was born April 10, 1859 in Monroe County. Her husband, T.C. Carmen preceded her in death, June 8, 1906 and four children died in infancy.
