On April 24, 1918 it was reported he was recovering from an illness. *Second marriage shown in this article is wrong. It was her third marriage. Dooley. Enoch, E. Dooley, 71, funeral will be held Thursday with burial in St. Paul's cemetery. He died 11:35 p.m. Monday in Norfolk following a stroke on Wednesday. He was born March 7, 1882 at Angus, Iowa. He moved to Des Moines, Iowa at an early age and lived there till moving to Norfolk in 1912. He began his Chicago & Northwestern Railway career on September 15, 1905 and retired on July 25, 1946. He was married 8 years ago to Mrs. Clara Wachter Asher. He was survived by his wife, 1 step son, 1 sister Mrs. Lois Robinson at Des Moines, Iowa; 2 brothers: Arthur at Ovid, Colorado; Henry at Des Moines, Iowa; also Mrs. Martin Westerman at Bonesteel, South Dakota whom he reared.
