Marshall, nee Masters, was born August 7, 1872 at Arlington, Neb., and entered rest November 1, 1935 at the age of 63 years, 2 months and 24 days. She was married to J.M. Marshall August 28, 1894 at Fremont Nebr. Her husband preceded her in death February 20, 1931. She lived in and around Arlington all her life with the exception of two years in South Dakota and for the last 6 years in Fremont. For the past month she lived with her daughter, Mrs. Bruce Dickerson at whose home she passed away. Mrs. Marshall was always known for her kind and loving disposition and her ever readiness to serve others, and will be missed greatly by all who knew her. She leaves to mourn her early departure, three children. Ross Marshall, Elsie Dickerson and Mary Gilfry, all of Fremont; eight grandchildren, two brothers, Morris and Byron Masters of Arlington and one sister, Mrs. Etta Bryce of Bloomfield, besides a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services were held at the Fred Bader Funeral Home in Fremont at 2 p.m. Monday, November 4, internment in the Arlington cemetery. Rev. Homer Dickerson of Gretna officiated and Mrs. Rex R. Moe and her daughter Carol sang Sweet Bye and Bye and Near to the Heart of God, with Marion Schou as accompanist. Pallbearers were Don Weber, O.D. Badger, W.A. Whitford, C.U. Cook, G.A.
