She was enrolled In Davis City School through the 8th grade. She then attended Lamoni High School, graduating in 1954. Thomas C. Waller and Claribelle Boswell were married on November 24, 1954 and to this union two children were born, Carol LaVonne and Rodney Thomas. Tom and Claribelle lived in Des Moines until 1979 when they changed careers and moved to Omaha, Nebraska to work as Family Teachers for Boys Town. They were transferred to Orlando, Florida in 1989 with Boys Town. Claribelle was very active in the Community of Christ Church (RLDS) serving as pastor of the Orlando congregation for several years. Claribelle was residing in an assisted living facility in Waterville, Ohio. She was attending a group activity surrounded by friends when she suffered a fatal heart attack on Tuesday, October 19, 2021. Preceding Claribelle in death was her husband Tom in 1996, her brother Bill in 2016 and her brother Eldon in 2020. Claribelle was blessed with many family and friends. Survivors include daughter Carol of Columbia, South Carolina. Carol's children Paige Teel of Oakhill, Florida and son Mitch and wife Zoie of West Columbia, South Carolina. Claribelle's son Rodney and his wife Susie of White House, Ohio and their children Erika of Omaha, Nebraska, Heather and husband Jeramy of Perrysburg, Ohio and Nathan and wife Kellie of Omaha, Nebraska and Claribelle's five great grandchildren. She is also survived by Marilyn Boswell of Aledo, Illinois; Ann Waller of Cannon Falls, Minnesota; Rex and Barbara Waller of Lamoni; Max and Paula Waller of Glendale, Arizona and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service is planned at a later date.
