Claude was born in Lethbridge on September 10, 1926. His parents were Philip and Lottie Baker. He married Moselle Anderson on February 11, 1948 in the Cardston, Alberta Temple. Claude was born in Lethbridge on September 10, 1926. His parents were Philip and Lottie Baker. He married Moselle Anderson on February 11, 1948 in the Cardston, Alberta Temple. Claude is survived by his loving wife, Moselle of 59 years and 6 children: Barbara (Gary) Pack, Marilyn (Mark) Ellingson, Dennis (Cindy) Baker, Beverley (Ted) Anderson, Suzanne (Darel) Steed, Jackie (Ken) Romeril. He is survived by 29 grandchildren and 44 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters: Myrtle (Evan) Jensen, Hazel (Lloyd) Kiely and brothers: Bill (Pat) Baker, Wayne (Evelyn) Baker and sisters-in-law Mary Baker Walker, Melba Baker, Edna Baker and Bernice Baker. He was predeceased by his parents, and two infant sons, Claude and David, and great grandson Ethan Anderson, brothers: Roscoe, Bryan, Ken, Don and his sister LaPreal McNeely. Claude farmed on the Milk River Ridge for 45 years from 1945 - 1990. He loved hunting, fishing and golfing with his friends and family. He loved the town of Raymond and his association with the people there. He was a friend to everyone. He always grew a beautiful garden which he was happy to share with friends and family. His greatest legacy in life was his family who brought him great joy. He will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him. The family wishes to express heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the doctors, nurses, and staff at the Raymond Auxiliary Hospital for their loving and compassionate care over the last four years. Friends may meet the family at the LDS Knight Street Chapel, Raymond on Friday, March 2 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. or at the church on Saturday from 10:00 to 10:40 a.m. prior to the service. The Funeral Service will be held at THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS, Knight Street Chapel, Raymond, on Saturday, March 3, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. Interment in the Temple Hill Cemetery.
