Claudette married James H. "Jay" Banks in O'Neill, Nebraska on March 20, 1970; he passed away on May 31, 1982. Claudette worked for Seger's Café, TG&Y, and Golden Hotel in O'Neill, Nebraska before moving to Norfolk, Nebraska in 1991. While in Norfolk, Nebraska she worked at the Ramada Inn and Shopko before retiring and moving back to O'Neill, Nebraska in March of 2013. Claudette loved listening Alan Jackson and going to his concerts, the color purple, and scrapbooking. She loved all of her family, friends and past co-workers and will be deeply missed by all of them. Claudette was preceded by: parents, Albert and Myra Stoffer; husband, James H. "Jay" Banks and daughter, Susan Jensen. Claudette is survived by: children, Patty Kopejtka of O'Neill, Nebraska, Jim Banks of Pierce, Nebraska, Calvin and wife Teresa Banks of Omaha, Nebraska, Michelle and husband Scott Fischer, Marsha Banks, both of Atkinson, Nebraska, son in law, Ron Jensen of O'Neill, Nebraska; grandchildren; Junior, Frank, Angel, Jason, Tabitha, Adam, Alex, Adam, Britnee, Kristopher, Nichole, Corey and Ethan; 24 great grandchildren; brothers and sisters, James Stoffer and wife Reena of Haynesville, Louisiana, Wini Iverson and Paul of Sioux Falls, South Dakots, Frances Kordova and husband Alexander of Spring Valley, Califormoia, Hazel VanTassell of Creighton, Nebraska and Richard Stoffer and wife Linda of Holbrook, Arizona and a host of family and friends. Inurnment was in Mineola Cemetery northeast of O'Neill, Nebraska
