Special prayers to Clay's paternal family, especially Aunt Chris Newland. There is not time or space to acknowledge all his nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family who will miss him terribly. He was preceded in death by his grandma, Daphne Frazier Newton; mother, Janet Minter Phelps; aunt Phyllis Gabbard; many others. Funeral service at the Somerville Presbyterian Church, 207 Walnut Street, Somerville, Ohio with Pastor Larry Davis of Hamilton Assembly of God officiating. Burial in Somerville Cemetery.
