Description	:	OAKLAND - Clayton P. Sines, 61, of Buckhannon, W.Va., and a former resident of Oakland, died yesterday at his home. Born in Upshur County, he was a son of the late Urias and Dora M. (Rodeheaver) Sines. His wife, Bertha B. (Smith) Sines, died in 1972. A retired lumberman, he was a member of the Oak Grove Church of the Brethren. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Mildred Sowers, Swanton, and Mrs. Beulah Kitzmiller, Baltimore, and a half-sister, Mrs. Russell Leighton, here.
