Description	:	Clifford Cecil Hight was born to Cecil and Elaine (Wagner) Hight on February 14, 1956. On October 24, 1984, he married Carol Tarrell and they shared 27 years together. Along with Carol, came three sons that he loved and raised as his own. Cliff loved life, the outdoors and anything to do with cattle. He loved his trucking days which took him to eight states hauling oil, grain, rock and cattle. With this he made many lifelong friends. Cliff was diagnosed with cancer on December 27, 2010 and was determined to beat the odds, which were not in his favor. He passed away peacefully and was taken to be with the Lord. Preceding him in death were his father Cecil and his brother-in-law David Brodrecht. Lyman Co Herald ∼Clifford Cecil Hight was born to Cecil and Elaine (Wagner) Hight on February 14, 1956. He passed away peacefully at the Winner Regional Hospital on Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at the age of 55. On October 24, 1984, he married Carol Tarrell and they shared 27 years together. Along with Carol, came three sons that he loved and raised as his own. Cliff loved life, the outdoors and anything to do with cattle. He loved his trucking days which took him to eight states hauling oil, grain, rock and cattle. With this he made many lifelong friends. Cliff was diagnosed with cancer on December 27, 2010 and was determined to beat the odds, which were not in his favor. He passed away peacefully and was taken to be with the Lord. Ciff is survived by his wife Carol, his daughter Paula Wantoch, Pierre, SD, son Oz (Sarah) Tarrell, Sioux Falls, SD, Darin (Tasha) Tarrell, Dickinson, ND, Davin Tarrell, Winner, SD, dearest to his heart, his five grandchildren; John (Dawn) Schwinler, Megan Smith, Coreen Tarrell, Dena Christine Tarrell and Braden Tarrell, three great grandchildren; Riley and Anora Schwinler and Kellan Wayne Godfrey, his siblings Glenda Brodrecht, Presho, SD, John Hight, Dupree, SD, Mary Vaughn, Pierre, SD, Calvin Hight, Presho, SD, and Betsy Brodrecht, Presho, SD. Preceding him in death were his father Cecil and his brother-in-law David Brodrecht. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, March 14, at the Mason Funeral Home in Winner. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. that morning at the funeral home.
