Mr. Bell was born July 6, 1960, in Georgetown, a son of the late Clifford Thomas Bell, Jr., and the late Evelyn Ayers Bell. In 1978, he graduated from high school at Camden Military Academy. He was survived by his wife, Christy McNew Bell of Surfside Beach; two sons, Clifford Creighton Bell of Nashville, Tennessee, and Thomas Ayers Bell of Surfside Beach; four sisters Lyn Bell (Randy) Galloway of Yorktown, Virginia, Louise Bell (Ron) Cooper of Columbia, Katherine Bell Mitchum of Georgetown, and Margaret Bell (Jim) Wood of Easton, Maryland; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral service were Wednesday, March 8, 2017, in Georgetown Presbyterian Church. The Rev. Dr. William H. Pucket, Jr., and Bruce M. Carl officiated. Burial followed in Andrews Memorial Cemetery. Mayer Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
