Description	:	MILLERSBURG -- Clyde Elvin Sundheimer, age 81, of Millersburg died Saturday morning, Nov. 14, 2009, at his home following a long illness. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Berlin Mennonite Church with pastor Bruce Hamsher officiating. Burial will be at Berlin Cemetery. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Monday at the church. He was born Oct. 15, 1928 in Walnut Creek, and was the son of Otis and Mary (Hershberger) Sundheimer. On Oct. 14, 1951, he married Mary Margaret Groff and she preceded him in death Sept. 20, 1965. On Nov. 24, 1966, he married Mary Kathryn Stutzman and she survives. Clyde was co-founder of Pioneer Trails, retiring in 1994. He spread the Gospel through song for 37 years, singing with the Fisherman Quartet and founding the Journeyman Quartet. He was a member of Berlin Mennonite Church. Clyde was a sports fanatic and supported the Hiland Hawks through thick and thin. Surviving in addition to his wife, are children Jen Christner and husband Paul of Walnut Creek, Lauri Kline and husband John of Berlin, Shelly Miller and husband Allan of Walnut Creek, Missy Herrera and husband George of Berlin and Rhonda Lowe of Berlin; grandchildren, Heather (Christner) Goings and husband Trent, Adri (Christner) Bryk and husband Mike, Jonni (Kline) Bickel and husband Jarrod, Jamie Kline, Jordan Miller, Cameron Miller, McKenzie Miller, Esabelle Herrera, Selena Herrera, Hunter Herrera, Zach Lowe, Olivia Lowe, Casey Lowe, Collin Lowe; great-grandchildren, Jasmine Goings, Sasha Goings, Lilly Goings, Madisynn Bryk, Baby Bickel; a sister, Barbara Hostetler (Vernon) of Louisville and the many "adopted" sons and daughters of the Sundheimer family -- you know who you are. He was preceded in death by his parents, first wife, his son Scott Sundheimer, two brothers, Ralph and Wyman and a sister, Vera Mast.
