Description	:	Lourana Plymale b. 17 Apr. 1852 d. 11 Sep 1878 married Claudis Brothers. Lourana Plymale died in the yellow fever epidemic which hit Gallipolis in the fall of 1878. When the relatives found her dead in bed, her small baby girl was nursing her dead mother’s breast. The baby, Zella Brothers, lived without contacting the disease and married Owen Cotrill and moved to Cleveland Ohio. Lourana’s husband, Claudis Brothers, also died in this epidemic, as did her father, Hugh Plymale Sr. They are all bured on the hill above where Hugh Plymale, Sr., lived..
