Coke is a 1976 graduate of Centennial High School and married John Vosta on March 5, 1977. They made their home on farm east of Milford where they lived for 37 years, raised their children, and watched their grandsons play. "Coke" Vosta, 56, was born December 28, 1957 in Friend, Nebraska to Cleo and Arlene Schweitzer and passed away on May 24, 2014 at her home in Milford, Nebraska surrounded by her family. Coke is a 1976 graduate of Centennial High School and married John Vosta on March 5, 1977. They made their home on farm east of Milford where they lived for 37 years, raised their children, and watched their grandsons play. She was an amazing farm wife, delivering meals to the field that were better than most meals others ate in their homes. She loved "junking" at antique stores, sewing blankets, cooking, baking, and was always finding new recipes to try. She enjoyed traveling anywhere she could, collecting antique quilts along the way and decorating her home with them. She loved working in her shop, building "décor" for her home as well as gifts for her children, family, and friends. She was the heart and soul of the Sister Act greenhouse for 13 years and loved taking care of the plants and creating beautiful planters. The greatest joys of her life were her three grandsons, Samuel, Austin and Brayson. Of all the titles she could have had in her life, "Grammy" was the one that mattered most to her. She had a heart of gold and would do anything for anybody. Coke was preceded in death by: parents, Cleo and Arlene Schweitzer, aunt, Myrna Roth, sister-in-law, Nancy Schweitzer and brother-in-law, Steve Anderson. Service were at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at Bellwood Mennonite Church, Milford, Nebraska (due to construction at Milford Mennonite), with Pastor Tim Springer as officiator. Interment was held with family at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Milford Mennonite Cemetery, Milford, Nebraska.
