| Description | : | Commadore "Kinky" King, Jr., 85, of Searcy, died Friday, June 3. He was born July 26, 1925 in Huffman, Arkansas, the son of Commadore and Ola Morris King. During WWII, Kinky played with Cindy Walker on Radio Programs and USO tours. He then toured with Ms. Billie Walker and her Western Swing Band. After WWII, when his brother came out of the Navy, they formed the "Dixie Swing Kings", playing over the Mid-South.
